Teaching + Leading

Small Groups – Volunteer leaders facilitate spiritual growth and personal development in the context of small groups. Leaders go through a short training program and work with staff on an ongoing basis.

Bible Studies – Volunteer leaders oversee the selection of curriculum and scheduling of women’s and men’s bible studies.

Learning Opportunities – Volunteer leaders oversee the development of special learning and discipleship opportunities that are offered on a short-term basis.
